OUSA Newcastle Branch

This is a new site that will eventually hold a newsletter and the minutes of the latest monthly meeting of the Newcastle Branch of the Open University Student's Association.

Hopefully this facility will help to raise the profile of our branch of OUSA, and give our members an opportunity to make contact with people doing the same course.

If you wish to have your e-mail address published for other people to write to, please contact me on my e-mail address with any personal information you wish me to publish on this website with regards to your study.

We meet at Wetherspoons (The Union Rooms) in Newcastle across from the Station Hotel which is located next to Central Station. This is a relaxed social event allowing students the opportunity to meet other students outside of the tutorial situation. It is held on the first Wednesday of the month from 7:30 pm.

Business takes about half an hour to get through.

The Venue is a non-smoking room with easy chairs, a fireplace, a menu (if required), no canned music, and CHEAP DRINKS!!!

We meet in the first room on the right of the ground floor as you go in the front door and up the first flight of stairs.

We look forward to meeting you sometime!
